As a small practitioner-run practice, we ask that scheduling, cancellations and routine appointment requests be made through the patient portal whenever possible. Please allow up to five business days for non urgent phone and email responses. For treatment changes, new or worsening symptoms or questions requiring medical guidance, please schedule a follow-up visit or phone consultation so we can give your concerns the time and attentions they deserve.
